Workshop supervisor

The successful applicant needs to be self-motivated and communicate clearly with employees, sub-contractors and customers. The ability to handle customer issues in a fair and assertive manner by phone and face-to-face are factors to consider when applying for this position.
The ideal candidate must have experience in a workshop controlling position ideally workshop control coupled with good organisational and man management skills as well as having a “hands on” approach.

Responsibilities include:
o Delegating workloads to productive staff in a workshop.
o Supervising technicians.
o Extensive liaison with service department to ensure smooth running of all jobs carried out to the dealerships standard.
o Liaising with and assisting technicians
o Checking recalls and liaising with warranty department
o Ensuring WIP’s deadlines are met and carried out in a cost effective manner.
o Gaining authorisation from customers to carry out additional work.
o Adhering to company’s Health and Safety regulations to prevent accidents within the workplace

7.5 Tonne Truck Driver

 

Experienced 7.5 Tonne Drivers required to drop or collect vehicles across the country. You must have good map reading skills, be presentable and physically fit to complete safe and timely deliveries. You must also have good customer service skills, polite and well mannered!

 

Requirements:

- Full clean UK licence & C.R.B check
- Knowledge of analogue/digital Tachographs
- Must have RECENT RELEVANT experience as a 7.5t driver!
- Must have references covering a space of 2 years!

Book Keeper

We are looking for a specialised individual, Accounts person, who enjoys book-keeping accompanied by varied office support tasks.

Ideally you will have had extensive experience with ‘Sage Line 50 Accounts’ or a proven track record with computerised accountancy packages / book-keeping, as this makes up at least half of this role. The other aspects of the role will be supporting the team with invoicing and general office tasks / reception.
To fit in with the ethos of this friendly, small group, you must be a self-starter with a high level of self-management, coupled with a ’can-do’ attitude and the ability to ’get on with the job’, juggling different tasks and priorities to meet strict deadlines, Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The duties will be:
• production of monthly management accounts
• financial budgeting
• forecasting and analysis
• day to day book-keeping and financial administration.
• invoicing and general office tasks / reception.




The successful individual will be part of a small but busy team to provide a full book-keeping service and will have a proven track record in book-keeping.

Car parts telesales Person

 

  • Sending accurate quotations online based on the given prices.

  •  Calling customers, representing the company to all types and levels of customers, advise them on all products and services, Provide client with details of our website address, ext... & finally Securing deals (Closing deals)

  • Working up to the given monthly target & taking card details over the phone and completing the transactions process.

  • Maintain regular contact with interested clients/advertising new products online to encourage renewal and increase levels of business.
  • Taking pictures of our new stocks and store it in P.C’s.
  • Preparing all the new stocks descriptions & pictures to advertise.

  •         Develop new concepts and profitable supplement ideas for the business & Develop and secure new business

  •         Investigating the reasons of the unclosed deals.

  •     Other duties for this position will include, assisting in the smooth running of the telephone sales department, assisting in training new recruits, inputting information onto the system according to Company procedures. Plan and control workload effectively - i.e., to Company productivity standards and expectations and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and customer care.

Engine Rebuilder


We require a Automotive Master Vehicle Technician to work within our busy Japanese engine and gearbox management centre.
The ideal candidate will have a welcoming and professional manner, the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining maximum levels of service and possess a working knowledge of technical work with the desire to achieve high targets of CSI within a demanding job.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in conjunction with other service vehicle technicians to ensure that work is completed on time whilst pro-actively keeping all customers abreast of their vehicle’s development throughout the progress.

The candidate should also be able to fault find and rebuld engines.
A team orientated individual is required for this busy, challenging but ultimately rewarding career
